Parking rules

1ST – PARKING CONTRACT REGIME

This parking lot regulates its commercial activity in accordance with Law 40/2002, of November 14, 2002, regulating the vehicle parking contract, and with the terms and conditions contained in these General Rules. The fact of entering in a vehicle or walking in this establishment implies the acceptance of these complementary rules.

2º – ACCESS TO THE PARKING LOT

Access to this parking lot is reserved for users only; any other person must request permission to enter at the reception desk with a valid justification by sending an email 24 hours in advance.

  • The access of the clients will be done through an exclusive control/Tag for each one of them.
  • The Parking Management reserves the right of admission and if necessary will expel those who, by their behavior, alter or do not comply with the rules mentioned in these regulations.

3º – OBJECT OF THE PARKING CONTRACT

  • By parking your vehicle in a parking space of this Parking, you are expressly accepting the conclusion of a parking contract whose sole purpose is the parking of your vehicle for a period of time, in exchange for a price.
  • By virtue of the above, it is completely forbidden to use the parking space for any purpose other than the mere occupation of the same for the establishment of the vehicle, nor to occupy or use the vehicle for any purpose while it is parked. Specifically, it is forbidden to:
  1. a) Carrying out repair work, cleaning, oil change, painting, etc.
  2. b) To cause flames.
  3. c) Loading and unloading of goods
  • The use of the plaza as a storage area is not permitted.
  • It is forbidden to leave any kind of object in the parking lot. The Parking is not responsible for any damage caused by objects left in the parking lot or for any loss or misplacement that may occur.

4º – CIRCULATION

  • Circulation shall always take place in the streets marked for this purpose (not in the parking spaces) and maneuvering in and out of the parking spaces shall be done in such a way as not to affect traffic and without encroaching on the adjacent parking spaces.

5º – SIGNALING

  • Subscribers and customers in general shall comply with the entry, control and exit signs established in the premises.
  • The maximum speed of traffic on the parking lot streets is 20 km/h (12 mph).
  • Users must respect the signs and, if applicable, the indications of the employees, which will always prevail over any existing signage.

6º – VISITS

Persons not in the parking lot must leave their vehicle at the reception desk and will only be allowed to enter the premises with a valid justification by e-mail 24 hours in advance.

7º – POWER SUPPLY

The parking lot has electrical outlets distributed throughout the parking lot. It is strictly forbidden to connect to the power supply without the authorization of Reception.

8TH – MOBILITY

During the stay in the parking lot, movements are limited to the assigned parking space. Access to other parking spaces is forbidden.

9º – RESPONSIBILITY

  • The owner of the parking lot shall only be liable for any damages that the vehicle and its fixed accessories may suffer, while parked in a parking space of the same and provided that they are legally attributable to the company or its employees.
  • The user will be responsible, before the employer and other users, for damages caused by breach of their duties or lack of skill in driving the vehicle within the premises of the Parking (art. 5.2. Law 40/2002).

10º – AVERY

In the event of a breakdown, the user shall contact the employees and follow their instructions. In general, in case of any doubt or eventuality, the user shall contact the parking lot employees.

11º – PARKING FEE

  • Payment of bills will be made from the 1st to the 5th of each month by bank transfer.
  • Monthly payments that are not paid by the end of the month will be subject to an increase of five percent (5%) for the first month of delay, fifteen percent (15%) at the end of the second month and, as of the third month, and as a precautionary measure, the vehicle will be immobilized to guarantee the debt in application of the provisions of article 5.3 of Law 40/2002 regulating the Vehicle Parking Contract.
  • The credit is subject to annual increase by the resulting CPI.

12º – RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Lock vehicles in marked parking spaces, leaving them parked and braked. Close the windows and, if possible, disconnect the battery.
  • Do not leave objects of any value in the vehicles.
  • Give priority to vehicles making parking maneuvers.

13º – CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

Requests for cancellation, or other administrative changes, must be made before the 25th of the current month by e-mail to info@parkinglaroca.com. Requests received later will be processed during the month following the month of the request.
